Lounge
A large open plan lounge/dining area with French doors opening out to the terrace, garden & pool. The room is equipped with 2 comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a double bed, dining table with 6 chairs, TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi system with USB port for your iPods/MP3 players, and a smoke alarm. There is also a selection of music & film DVD ’s for your viewing pleasure. With three windows, this room has a wonderful light and airy feeling.

Kitchen
A large square kitchen, fully fitted, with stainless steel oven, and ceramic hob, a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery & cutlery for 8, pots, pans etc. Kitchen table with 4 chairs.

Utility Room
Houses the boiler, washing machine, and cleaning utensils, mops, brooms, iron & ironing board.

Master Bedrom
Double bed, chest of drawers, mirror, two large wardrobes, power points, an oscillating fan. ensuite shower room with wc and washbasin.

Second Bedroom
Two twin beds, chest of drawers, mirror, wardrobe, an oscillating fan and power points.

Third Bedroom
Two twin beds, chest of drawers, mirror, wardrobe, an oscillating fan and power points.

Family Bathroom
Complete with bath (including shower), wc, washbasin and bidet.

Roof Terrace
A 55m2 roof terrace with unrivalled views over the dunes to the sea.

Garden
We have a larger than average split level garden featuring a superb 6.2m x 3m private heated pool.

We have also installed a "hard" pool cover which will not only provide extra security for small children getting into the pool, but will also help to retain the heat in the water.

Large tiled terrace area leading out from the lounge patio doors, with a pergola giving shade for those that prefer it, side privacy screen with beautiful Bougainvillea plants, a BBQ area, with decorative coloured picos, aloe-vera & cactus plants, and various palms & bushes.

A Canarian wall separates the two levels, with a gate in the middle, leading down some shallow steps to the lower level. This attractive wall has succulents & lighting, and gives added protection from young ones getting down to the pool area.

The lower level has the private pool, and attractive grassed areas all around, and has 8 sun beds for lazing in the sun.

We believe we have created the most stunning garden to relax, play and enjoy life under the Canarian sun....truly an oasis of peace & quiet....enjoy!
