The prices quoted are for 6 people. For additional persons(max 2) add £20 per person per week

Changeover day is flexible. First come first served.

Prices are fully inclusive of bed linen & towels(changed weekly), electricity, water, use of washing machine, dishwasher & BBQ. We also include a basic welcome pack of milk, orange juice, tea bags, coffee & sugar, & that all important bottle of wine! (Please enquire about our luxury food packs)

Strictly No Smoking (ok to smoke outside)

Arrival time no earlier than 1400hrs

Villa must be vacated by 1100hrs on day of departure(we may be able to extend this depending on whether new guests are arriving that day)

For parents with small children we can provide free of charge:- highchair, stair-gate(for roof terrace) travel cot, blender for baby food

The villa is fully alarmed for your security, with a simple keyfob operation for your convenience.

3 keys will be provided for the front door(1), front gate(1), & car drive gate(1). Please note if they are lost we will have to charge for a replacement set at a cost of 75 euros.

You will be met at the villa by our local representatives, who will show you round the villa, and advise how things “work”. They will be contactable throughout your stay for any queries or emergencies. They will also conduct a security check of all items in the villa, in your presence, at the end of your stay.
